Frank J. Stalzer – President & CEO
Frank has over 25 years of experience in the electronics distribution industry. Prior to joining Astrex Electronics, Frank spent 7 years at Arrow Electronics, progressing through senior management roles including Regional Vice President, VP of Sales, VP of Military Marketing & culminating with VP & General Manager of Arrow Zeus, a $300M operating division. In addition, Frank spent three years with Richey Electronics as Regional Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region and 15 years with regional distributor, Peerless Electronics, in numerous roles including National Sales Manager, VP of Sales and Vice President/COO. Frank has a B.S. degree from the New York Institute of Technology and attended the Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.

Michael McGuire – Executive Vice President
Mike learned the connector industry from the ground up...literally. He began working for Astrex in 1969 sweeping floors part time after school. Over the last 40 years Mike has held positions in warehousing, connector assembly, production and warehouse management, sales, sales management, branch management, and corporate management. In 1992 Mike assumed the responsibilities of President and CEO of Astrex, a position he held until the sale of the company in 2005. After a short absence, Mike rejoined the company in 2007 as Executive Vice President.
